Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, incontinence care, and mobility assistance Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, including reading, playing games, and engaging in conversations Participate in patient care, including vital sign checks, medication assistance, and ambulation Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting and reporting Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
