Days 7a-7p FT/PT Pay rate UP to $24 based on experience & shift! As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Requirements for State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs): Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) license in OH A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care Strong teamwork and communication skills Responsibilities of State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs): Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being. Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents. Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions. Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers. Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
