Nursing Administration Shift:
8:00 am-4:30 pm, Full-time, 40 hours a week, 80 hours per pay period

Atrium Medical Center The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to our department leadership. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless daily operations by streamlining workflows and independently resolving challenges. The ideal candidate brings exceptional interpersonal skills, a commitment to superior customer service, and a proven ability to handle sensitive information with total discretion." Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, the public, and hospital providers, and the business office Manage and direct phone calls as appropriate Manage processes related to medical imaging and laboratory results, including communication with patients Maintain up-to-date information on all applicable rosters Schedule department and individual meetings Prepare agendas and PowerPoint presentations for department meetings Record, type, and distribute department meeting minutes Monitor the office supply budget for the department cost center Qualifications - External High school diploma; Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Strong multitasking and time management skills High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
