Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Join Our Team at Gravitas! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Gravitas. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

CNA Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team Assist with medication administration and treatments as directed Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

CNA Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in a healthcare setting Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds regularly Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
