As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities Assist with mealtime and snacks, ensuring that our residents receive the care and sustenance they need to thrive Support our residents with medication management and administration, as needed Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and advancements
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
