As a member of the CNA Burnout Squad at Embassy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction in one of our long-term healthcare facilities. CNA Burnout Squad - Shifts are EVERY Thursday, Friday and Saturday ONLY . Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident Provide daily care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures as directed by licensed staff Engage with residents through recreational activities, hobbies, and one-on-one interactions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress About the
