  • Troy, OH Looking for a better place to work as an STNA? Come join our team at Troy! Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for our 7:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM day shift . We're looking for dependable, compassionate STNAs who enjoy caring for others and want to be part of a team that works together. Whether you're an experienced STNA or newer to long-term care, we'd love to talk with you! Why You'll Love Working at Troy 12-hour day shifts
  • 7a-7p Supportive nursing and leadership team Team-oriented work environment Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents A workplace where dependable, caring employees are valued Make a difference in the lives of residents every shift What You'll Do As an STNA, you'll provide hands-on care and support to our residents, including: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily needs Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning Answering call lights and responding to resident needs Taking and recording vital signs as assigned Observing residents and communicating changes to the nursing team Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment Providing the kindness, patience, and personal attention our residents deserve What We're Looking For Current Ohio STNA certification Dependable and ready to be part of a team Compassionate and resident-focused Strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to help Long-term care or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required Ready for a Change?
