In this position, you'll provide essential, hands-on support to residents, helping with daily routines such as personal care, mobility, and comfort, while fostering a sense of dignity and independence. • Provide direct, hands-on care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Accurately monitor and document vital signs and resident care activities
• Follow infection control protocols and safety standards at all times
• Respond promptly to resident needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Contribute to a positive, culture-driven community with strong staff-to-resident ratios Minimum Qualifications
• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
• Previous experience working as an STNA or CNA in a long-term care or senior living setting
• Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post-offer screenings (drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening)
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks
• Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
• Awareness of and sensitivity to residents' individual needs, interests, and abilities
• Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.) Rewards That Support You
