Position:

Caregiver / CNA, PRN As a member of the Vista Senior Flex Team, you are not tied to one building. You pick up open shifts across our communities based on your availability, including: Maple Ridge Senior Living•Willoughby, OH Eden Vista Stow•Stow, OH Our newly acquired communities in the Strongsville and Beachwood areas This is a PRN (as-needed) role built for flexibility. You choose the shifts that fit your schedule, work in a variety of settings, and get to know teams and residents across the Vista network. Job Description Pick up open caregiving shifts at any Vista community in the Northeast Ohio region based on posted needs and your availability. Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, escort service, dining, and other activities of daily living. Follow the schedule of resident needs set out by the supervisor at the assigned community. Provide emotional and social support to residents. Document a daily log of assistance and chart per facility policy. Inform the supervisor or nurse on duty of any resident issues or concerns. Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of residents. Respect residents' confidentiality. Become familiar with the emergency equipment and procedures at each community you serve. Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers at every location. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements Experience in long-term care, Assisted Living, or Memory Care preferred, not required•we will train the right person. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple communities. Ability to commit to a minimum number of shifts per month (discussed at interview).
