Weekend State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) - Full-Time Opportunity Friday, Saturday & Sunday | $20/hour | $3.00/hour bonus for program At Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a supportive work environment. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Weekend State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents.
Job Summary:
As a Weekend State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA), you will play a vital role in our nursing team, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and providing emotional support to our residents. Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide personal care, including toileting, ambulation, and feeding Assist with medication administration and recording vital signs Support residents with mobility and balance issues, using assistive devices as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
Must be certified as a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and families
