Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned vehicles to ensure safety and comfort for all passengers. Communicate clearly with clients to confirm appointments, provide directions, and address any concerns professionally. Follow proper documentation procedures for trips, mileage logs, and incident reports as required by company policies. Coordinate with dispatch or medical staff to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while managing multiple routes efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver, shuttle driver, bus driver, or chauffeur driving passenger vehicles such as vans or limousines. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., CDL for larger passenger vehicles) with a clean driving record. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and local driving routes to optimize schedules. Experience in medical transportation or paratransit services is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and team members. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including assisting passengers with mobility aids or heavy lifting when necessary.
