We will recognize and adapt to the changes for their home care needs. Responsibilities Provide various personal care giving services in accordance with an established plan of care. Assist clients with ADL's including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting. Prepare meals and special diets. General Housekeeping. Provide transportation assistance to and from activities. Provide compassionate companionship to clients. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Ability to communicate both verbal and written. Ability to work in a home-like setting. Must be able to work independently. Must have valid drivers license, proof of insurance and transportation. Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
