Make a difference every day at Bend Transitional Care! We're a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in beautiful Bend, Oregon. We provide compassionate transitional and post-hospital care to help our residents regain their strength, independence, and confidence as they work toward returning home or transitioning to their next stage of care. We're looking for a caring, dependable, and team-oriented Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) to join our nursing team. What You'll Do:
Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises Taking and documenting vital signs, food and fluid intake, and output as directed Assisting residents during meals and supporting their nutritional needs Observing residents and promptly communicating changes in condition to the nursing team Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Building positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members Working collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Licenses/Certification:
Valid certification as a CNA in Oregon Valid CPR certificate
Experience:
