Details Operating Room setting within a medical office facility 13-week assignment Day shift schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week Uses Epic EMR system Requirements Active Oregon RN license required Certified RN First Assist (RNFA) certification required Licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration; pending credentials not accepted Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Local candidates are welcome to apply as the local rate matches the travel rate
