Job Description
An established anesthesia team of physicians and CRNAs is seeking another
BE/BC CRNA
to join their growing team. Practice for this reputable, not-for-profit hospital and live in a scenic southern Oregon mountain town- an ideal haven for outdoor enthusiasts!
The Opportunity:
- Independent practice model with available MD backup call as needed at main hospital OR and ASC
- Monday
- Friday, 7 am
- 5 pm
- $360,000 Base Salary + additional shift and call pay for W-2 model, $400,000 Compensation for 1099
- $30,000
- 50,000 Sign-on Bonus/Retention Bonus and additional Relocation Assistance
- 8 weeks' time away for W-2 and 13 weeks' time away for 1099
