Auto Offer Job Description We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week contract assignment with Adventist Health Portland on the Telemetry 1 unit. The CNA will provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, vital signs, nutrition, hydration, mobility, and other routine patient-care needs. Responsibilities Assist patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene, and toileting Assist with nutrition, hydration, positioning, and mobility Take and record vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure Observe patients and report changes or concerns to the RN Provide patient-care support within CNA scope of practice Assist with maintaining an organized and safe patient-care environment Perform routine unit and clerical duties as assigned Requirements Active CNA certification

• Required BLS certification
• Required EPIC experience
• Required High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred Must be available for the full 3x12 day-shift schedule Holiday RTO will not be approved Must meet facility vaccination and employment requirements
