- Per Diem to fill the opening at Portland, OR.
Pay Range:
$27/hourRequired Qualifications:
This position is for a CNA that has medication aide/Medication Tech experience. Candidate profile must have a Medication Aide/Medication Tech and CNA skills checklist included. Minimum 1+ year of recentLTC/SNF CNA
with med pass experience in the last 2 years. BLS (must be AHA) .Must have experience passing medication:
Narcotics, Insulin, eye Drops, Blood Pressure Meds, OTC Meds, Ointments, Aerosol/Nebulizer, PRN. Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked- LTC required! Must be from a supervisor. Charge RNs okay so long as they directly supervised. Must have active Drivers License . Must have Epic Charting experience . Must be flexible . Must have complete dose of MMR and Varicella/Titer Vaccine .
