The CNA will provide direct patient care and support residents with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Take and record vital signs as directed. Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights. Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines. Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality resident care. Minimum Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania or eligibility to work as a CNA in Pennsylvania. Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare experience. At least two (2) months of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience. Current CPR/BLS certification preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Must be reliable, professional, and compassionate. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with geriatric and rehabilitation populations. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
