Responsibilities:

Assists residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and provides emotional support and companionship Monitors and reports changes in resident condition, vital signs, and behavior to the nursing team Assists with mobility and transfers, including use of lift equipment Maintains a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhering to infection control protocols Participates in care planning and contributes to the development of individualized care plans Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination PRN CNA duties will be assigned based on the needs of our residents and the facility, with varying shifts and schedules About the
