Humanitas Health Services - Hospice is looking for Weekend Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who can work Saturdays and Sundays. $23.50 hourly + $500 sign-on bonus ($100 in the first paycheck, the rest split into first 5 pay periods). You will be spending time with our patient helping with ADLs and Companionship. Reliable Mode of Transportation is Required (we do reimburse mileage) Humanitas Health Services is serving mainly the communities of Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia providing Hospice services in Home and Long Terms / Skilled and Rehabilitation Facility settings. We provide full health benefits. Additional Languages are a Plus. DUTIES The hospice CNA is responsible for providing personal care to hospice patients based on plan of care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, skin care, etc) according to the Plan of Care. Document care provided according to agency policy. Report any deviations from the Plan of Care to the Case. Provide proper care and observation of patient's skin to prevent breakdown of tissue over bony prominence. Reports any changes/areas of concern to Case Manager. Assist with ambulation, transfers, range of motion if documented on the Hospice Aide Plan of Care. Provide companionship. Use Durable Medical Equipment safely.

REQUIREMENTS

PA CNA Driver License Auto Insurance Covid Vaccination TB Test will need to be done before the start of patient care
