CNA-Per Diem Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Provide routine daily nursing care and services to our residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan, blending expert rehabilitation and skilled nursing with a warm, home-like environment for life-changing outcomes.

Qualifications:

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania.
