Minimum Hours:

Must work a minimum of 20 hours per month to remain in active status.

Weekend Requirement:

Must work at least one weekend per month .

Advance Scheduling:

Required to submit availability one month in advance to allow for seamless scheduling.

Holiday Commitment:

Required to work one major Summer holiday and one major Winter holiday per year. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania CNA License (Required — this role is strictly for licensed CNAs) At least 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience (Preferred) Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to travel across Montgomery County (Required) Ability to commute to Collegeville, PA 19426 and surrounding areas What You'll Be Doing Provide high-quality, compassionate hands-on care and support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in clients' homes. Step in to support scheduling coverage based on your submitted availability. Deliver individualized care according to client care plans while maintaining a safe and safe-supportive environment.
