Admissions Assistant- Part-time For over 60 years, St. Anne Home, a ministry of the Felician Sisters of North America, has been dedicated to the continued healing mission of Jesus Christ by providing a continuum of care and supportive services to adults, their families and their caregivers. We do this by following our five core values: Respect for Human Dignity, Compassion, Transformation, Solidarity with People in Need, and Justice and Peace. We are seeking to hire an Admissions Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team and assist in promoting smooth transition for new residents and their families in accordance with St. Anne Home's values. $18 to $21 per hour based on experience (negotiable). Mondays and Fridays required. Third weekday is flexible.
Admissions Assistant Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 yr experience in a healthcare setting. Prefer experience with PointClickCare or similar system.
Admissions Assistant Job Summary:
Assist the Admissions coordinator with daily tasks an activities. Follow up on problems with an admission and report issues to Social Service, Nursing and appropriate departments. Obtain resident permission/release for media, participating in different activities coordinated by Social Service, student medical intern interviews, etc. Participate in discharge planning and be available to assist with any changes and notify appropriate departments of changes to discharge plan. Complete necessary forms, reports, etc. and submit as required. Conduct tours for residents and family members. St. Anne Home can offer an
