CNA Burnout Squad - Shifts are
EVERY Thursday, Friday and Saturday ONLY Job Summary:
As a member of the CNA Burnout Squad at American Medical Administrators LTC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction in one of our long-term healthcare facilities. As a dedicated and compassionate team member, you will work alongside our experienced healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident Provide daily care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures as directed by licensed staff Engage with residents through recreational activities, hobbies, and one-on-one interactions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress About the
