We welcome applications from new CNA's as well as experienced CNA's. Full-time and part-time employment opportunities are typically available on all shifts, in our Skilled Care areas: Skilled Nursing Facility or Short Term Rehabilitation Center. Newly-certified Nurse Aides start at $23.00 / hour, with higher rates for experienced CNA's. Brethren Village's CNA's enjoy relatively low Resident to CNA ratios, and have the opportunity to establish caring relationships with our Residents. Brethren Village CNA's receive extensive, paid on-the-job training and orientation, and on-going support and guidance. For new CNA's, Brethren Village will reimburse your Nurse Aide training costs.

Brethren Village offers our CNA's competitive pay rates and generous shift differentials ($3.00 extra per hour on the evening shift, $2.00 extra per hour on the night shift, plus $1.00 extra per hour on weekends). Brethren Village is large enough to offer a variety of work schedules to meet your needs, and to offer advancement opportunities throughout our facilities.

Brethren Village's facilities are clean and well-managed, with an emphasis on Team Member and Resident safety. Typical Work Schedules Full-time, benefits-eligible, 37.5 hours per week: 7.5 and 11.5-hour per day schedules are typically available on all shifts; work days will vary a bit from week to week and typically include periodic weekends and every other holiday
