In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents while helping them maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence. $18.00-$23.00 per hour Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Holiday pay Paid orientation Career growth opportunities Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Assist with meal service and feeding as needed Monitor residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or well-being Safely assist residents with transfers, positioning, and ambulation Provide companionship and encourage social engagement Document care provided, vital signs, and daily observations Follow infection control, safety, and hygiene procedures Respond promptly to resident requests and call bells Maintain clean and organized resident rooms and common areas Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to provide quality care Qualifications Current Pennsylvania CNA certification and/or caregiving experience preferred Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to serving seniors Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed Apply Today If you are a caring and dedicated Caregiver, CNA, or PCA looking for a rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
