Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Assist with transfers, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises Provide individualized physical, emotional, and social support Assist with resident care needs, including colostomy care as appropriate Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and respect during all care Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for our residents Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality care Join the Havencrest Team At Havencrest, we believe great resident care starts with a team that feels supported and appreciated.
