Havencrest Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Weekend Program ! Work your scheduled hours on Saturday and Sunday , earn a $7,500 sign-on bonus , and still have the option to pick up additional shifts throughout the week. BE THE RN WHO MAKES A DIFFERENCE

As an RN at Havencrest, you'll play an important role in both resident care and the success of our nursing team.

You'll:

Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care Assess and monitor residents for changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Supervise and support nursing assistants in providing resident care Communicate changes and concerns to the appropriate members of the care team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents and families Work alongside our nursing team to provide quality, resident-centered care Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Current and valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical and communication skills Compassionate and resident-focused approach to nursing Dependable and team-oriented attitude Ability to perform the physical responsibilities of the position Commitment to providing excellent resident care
