Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Shippenville Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, delivering personalized assistance with daily living activities, nursing care, and rehabilitation services. Your compassion, empathy, and dedication will help create a sense of comfort, dignity, and well-being for each resident. In this 2nd/3rd shift role, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide nursing care and support under the supervision of a licensed nurse Assist with rehabilitation services and therapies Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff Participate in resident care conferences and care planning Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
