Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Perform vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report any changes to the nursing team Assist with meal preparation and feeding assistance Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service
