Your Role as a CNA As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living. Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team. Promote resident independence, comfort, and dignity. Encourage participation in daily activities and social engagement. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver exceptional care. Pennsylvania Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC) If you do not currently hold an active Pennsylvania CNA certification, you must obtain the Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC) before your start date.
