Our enthusiastic and dedicated nursing staff provides comprehensive, 24-hour care, seven days per week. You will play an essential role in our residents' experiences by assisting with daily routines and encouraging participation in enriching activities. Your exceptional care and meaningful interactions will have a positive impact on our veterans and their spouses that provides genuine enjoyment and quality of life. Interested in learning more? Part-time employment, 20 hours per week All shifts offer rotating days and weekends, with a 30-minute lunch. 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) 3rd shift (11:15 PM to 7:45 AM)Telework:
You will not have the option to telework in this position. DMVA is pleased to announce the launch of a Nursing Referral Program, promoting the hiring and retention of nursing staff at Pennsylvania's veterans homes. Under this program, both referring employees and referred candidates may be eligible for payments of up to $4,000.Salary:

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry; or Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents. This position is assigned to a long-term or specialized care facility and requires active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.Additional Requirements:

A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
