In this vital role, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily activities, and support the healthcare team in delivering exceptional care while allowing our clients to remain in the comfort of their own home. Your energy, professionalism, and commitment to patient well-being will help foster a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for all those we serve. Responsibilities Deliver personalized patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support. Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates, ensuring timely communication of any changes to the healthcare team. Qualifications Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing and additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR . Experience working with geriatric patients, individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's disease or dementia. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients of all ages—including pediatrics—and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.

From $20.00 per hour
