In-Home Nursing Assistant $21-$24 per Hour | Flexible Scheduling | Immediate Work Available Senior Helpers is actively hiring licensed nursing assistants to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes throughout Rhode Island. If you are compassionate, dependable, and have open availability, we have consistent hours ready for you. Providence, East Providence, North Providence, Cranston, Warwick, West Warwick, Pawtucket, Central Falls, Johnston, Smithfield, North Smithfield, Lincoln, Cumberland, Woonsocket, Coventry, West Greenwich, East Greenwich, North Kingstown, South Kingstown, Narragansett, Westerly, Middletown, Portsmouth, Bristol, Warren, Barrington, Tiverton, Newport, and surrounding communities. Additional placements are available across Providence County, Kent County, Washington County, Bristol County, and Newport County.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $21-$24 per hour Full-time & part-time positions (10-40 hours weekly) Immediate client assignments Morning, afternoon, evening, overnight & weekend shifts Paid sick time Referral bonus opportunities Ongoing training and career growth Supportive office team and consistent communication Caregivers with open availability may receive priority scheduling and more consistent hours.
Responsibilities Include:
Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Mobility support and safe transfers Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation and light housekeeping Monitoring overall wellness and reporting changes Support for clients recovering at home after hospitalization This is non-medical home care focused on dignity, safety, and relationship-based support.
Qualifications:
