Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with daily activities while ensuring their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for the elderly. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and progress. Support patients with mobility challenges using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to patient care and safety. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Nursing Assistant training program is preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare setting such as hospitals, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
