In this vital role, you will provide direct support to individuals with diverse behavioral health needs, including those with neurodevelopmental disorders, developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, and mental health conditions such as PTSD and autism spectrum disorders. You will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, assisting with patient care, and ensuring accurate medical documentation—all while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
