About Longevity Lab Longevity Lab is a physician-supervised wellness and longevity clinic offering GLP-1 weight loss programs, peptide therapies, anti-aging protocols, hormone optimization, and body contouring in the Hardeeville/Bluffton area of South Carolina. We operate under a physician-led clinical model with a dedicated focus on measurable patient outcomes and a premium in-clinic experience. Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or experienced Medical Technician to join our growing clinical team. This is a hands-on patient care role at the intersection of clinical excellence and wellness transformation. You will work directly under physician supervision to administer treatments, conduct patient assessments, support GLP-1 and peptide therapy protocols, and operate our body contouring and therapeutic devices. Whether you come from a nursing background or a clinical technician background, you bring at least 3 years of patient-facing experience — and ideally a passion for weight loss, wellness, or integrative medicine. RNs will have the opportunity to take on expanded patient education and clinical coordination responsibilities commensurate with their licensure. Key Responsibilities

• Administer subcutaneous injections including GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide) and peptide therapies under physician-approved protocols
• Perform patient intake assessments: vital signs, weight, BMI, body composition scanning (Fit3D), and structured health history review
• Monitor patient response to treatments during in-clinic visits — identify side effects, flag concerns to the supervising physician or NP promptly
• Educate patients on self-injection technique, dosing schedules, expected results, side effect management, and when to contact the clinic — RNs will lead this function
• Operate and assist with body contouring and therapeutic devices: Alma Accent Prime, Emsculpt NEO, red light therapy, PEMF, and shockwave therapy
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms: equipment sterilization, sharps disposal per OSHA standards, supply inventory, and room turnover between patients
• Document all clinical encounters accurately in

vitals, treatments administered, medications given, and patient-reported outcomes

• Support coordination of lab work orders, prior authorizations, and pharmacy communications under physician direction
• Contribute to QA/chart review processes and attend regular clinical team meetings
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times
• Help shape a clinical environment that reflects Longevity Lab's standards: clean, professional, warm, and results-oriented Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of clinical, nursing, or medical technician experience in a direct patient care setting
• Active South Carolina license or certification in one of the following: Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA)
• RN candidates: current, unrestricted South Carolina RN license in good standing
• Documented hands-on experience with subcutaneous injections and basic clinical procedures
• Proficiency with EMR or practice management systems for clinical documentation
• Solid understanding of

sharps safety, and infection control protocols

• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills — ability to educate, motivate, and support patients on long-term wellness journeys Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a weight loss clinic, med spa, wellness center, or integrative/functional medicine practice — strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience administering GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide) or peptide therapy protocols in a clinical setting
• Experience operating body contouring or aesthetic devices (RF, HIFEM, cryolipolysis, ultrasound, laser, or similar)
• RN background with experience in patient assessment, treatment planning support, and clinical education
• Experience with 3D body composition scanning or metabolic assessment tools (Fit3D, InBody, or similar)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a meaningful plus given the patient population we serve
