We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts. Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in patient conditions, and report findings to nursing staff promptly. Provide specialized care in areas such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, hospice care, and behavioral health settings. Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) , ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support patient comfort by ensuring a clean environment, proper positioning, and adherence to infection control protocols including aseptic techniques. Qualifications Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing. Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals (including ICU or trauma centers), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care settings. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and vital signs monitoring. Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina including lifting using Hoyer lifts and assisting with mobility needs. Strong understanding of infection control practices including aseptic technique and HIPAA compliance. Prior experience in specialized areas such as Alzheimer's/dementia care or behavioral health is highly desirable.
