Job Description
Are you a Caregiver or CNA and ready to take your career to the next level? Touching Hearts is seeking professional Caregivers or CNAs to provide crucial support to ensure our clients have the care they need if their regularly scheduled caregiver is sick or unavailable and ensures new clients are able to get care started right away. In addition to providing care to various clients, the Lead Caregiver assists with on-the-job training, peer mentoring, and pop in home visits. What are the Requirements? Lead Caregivers should be available for assignments any time within a 13 hour shift, 5 days a week, either days or nights (not both) Open Availability for Days or Nights is preferred Must be available to work every other weekend (with a set day off each week) 2 Years of Experience as a Caregiver (preferred) Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation preferred Must pass background check and drug screen What's in it for YOU?
