The right person MUST be willing to travel to Hendersonville, Madison and Clarksville. You will work in clinic and train to assist in procedures using a C-Arm. Preference given to candidates with eClinicalWorks experience and/or C-Arm experience.
Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities:
Must be willing to travel Enters patient's information into EMR Obtain vital signs and triage patient Set up for injection and procedures Verifies all patient medications Assists provider and has patient roomed and ready for provider encounter Submit Prior Authorizations Clean and maintain equipment Responds to telephone encounters within 24 hours of call Coordinate between clinic and pharmacies Other duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant Great attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast paced clinic Must be willing to work hard and have a professional demeanor Ideal candidate is a quick learner possessing superior customer service and patient care skills HIPAA compliance knowledge is required Must be a team player Must have reliable transportation
