JOB DESCRIPTION - RESTORATIVE CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT
Responsible to deliver efficient and effective restorative care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Provides care within the standards of practice as accorded by certification and will promote the patient's ability to attain and maintain his/her maximum functional potential and prevent decline.DEPARTMENT

Ability to meet performance requirements.Education and Training:
Must be certified nursing assistant. Attend in-service programs, as assigned, to learn procedures and develop skills and meet state requirements, including knowledge and skills in basic nursing principles and practice.Personal Qualifications:
Sensitive to our patients' physical and psychosocial needs. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Capable of charting accurately in the electronic health record or similar form. Tactful and courteous approach with patients and visitors. Treat all patient information as confidential material. Adhere to dress code as directed by center policy.PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for handling and caring for patients in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort under the direction of licensed nurses and patients' physiciansPay:
