Overview Premier Center is seeking a qualified and motivated CNA Instructor to help educate, train, and prepare the next generation of Certified Nursing Assistants. We are looking for an RN, LVN, or LPN who has strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. The ideal candidate is located in the Baytown, Texas area or is willing to travel to Baytown to provide instruction. Responsibilities Provide classroom and/or clinical instruction to CNA students Teach students proper patient-care techniques, safety procedures, and professional standards Demonstrate clinical skills and assist students with hands-on learning Provide guidance, feedback, and support to students throughout their training Help prepare students to successfully complete their CNA training requirements Maintain a professional, supportive, and engaging learning environment Promote student success and professional development Follow applicable program policies, procedures, and training requirements Qualifications Candidates should have: Active Texas RN, LVN, or LPN license Previous clinical experience Current BLS/CPR certification Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong teaching, coaching, or mentoring abilities Professional and dependable work ethic Passion for mentoring students and supporting their success Ability to work in or travel to Baytown, TX Previous teaching or instructor experience is a plus, but candidates with strong clinical and mentoring experience are encouraged to apply.
