The CNA will assist with daily living activities while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation Monitor and report changes in patient condition Take and record vital signs (per agency policy) Assist with feeding and light meal preparation Perform light housekeeping related to patient care Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Follow infection control and safety procedures Qualifications Active CNA certification (State required) Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Preferred Home health or hospice experience
