At Benevolent Hearts Home Care - Bedford, TX, we're seeking an experienced CNA Team Lead to support clients, coach caregivers, and help maintain exceptional care standards throughout our service area. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines direct client care, caregiver mentoring, case launches, and on-call support. What You'll Do Provide high-quality personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Support clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, stroke recovery, and hospice-related needs Train, mentor, and coach caregivers on best practices and care techniques Conduct quality assurance and home safety visits Assist with new client starts and caregiver introductions Help address urgent staffing needs and participate in an on-call rotation Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and office staff Serve as a role model for professionalism, compassion, and reliability Qualifications Active Texas CNA certification required Minimum 5 years of professional caregiving, home care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing experience Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Ability to travel throughout the service area Comfortable using smartphones and electronic documentation systems Ability to safely transfer and assist clients as needed Why Join Us?
