North Houston Job Summary:

Touching Hearts at Home - North Houston is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of dedicated caregivers. As a Caregiver or CNA with Touching Hearts at Home, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, people living with medical conditions or disabilities, and those in transition from hospital to home. Our agency is committed to providing consistent, companion-based care that inspires peace of mind.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management Engage clients in activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, and overall well-being Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care services

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or willingness to become certified High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Your own car Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
