Job Description
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient interactions in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Experience Prior experience working as a CNA or in similar caregiving roles within hospital medicine, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, or home & community care is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices such as aseptic technique. Experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks or similar platforms for documentation purposes. Critical care experience including ICU or Level I/II trauma center exposure is advantageous. Familiarity with specialized areas such as hospice care, behavioral health settings, post-acute or sub-acute care environments enhances your candidacy. Ability to work with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges while providing compassionate support tailored to their unique needs. Certification in basic life support (BLS) is required; additional certifications such as phlebotomy training or medication administration are beneficial.
