Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including assisted living, long-term care, and critical care environments. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients while assisting with their daily activities and medical needs. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas. Document patient progress and report any changes in condition to the nursing team. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times. Experience Previous experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Experience in long-term care or critical care settings is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating strong communication skills.
