Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) and caregiver professionals to join our team in providing exceptional elderly home care across the WEST/NE regions. This vital role involves supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities in maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life. As a caregiver or CNA, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, delivering personalized care that promotes comfort, safety, and well-being. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve while working in a dynamic, supportive environment. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing patient conditions, and reporting changes promptly to healthcare teams Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet individual dietary needs and preferences Support residents with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease through specialized memory care techniques and patient observation Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident areas and ensuring infection control standards are met Provide emotional support, engage in meaningful communication, and promote resident rights within assisted living or long-term care settings Qualifications Valid CNA certification or relevant caregiving credentials with experience working in group homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments Demonstrated 1 year experience working with incontinence care Familiarity with care plans, dementia care strategies, hospice care principles, and resident's rights policies Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and utilize patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts and patient transfer techniques Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Proven ability to handle manual handling tasks safely while maintaining compassion and professionalism Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering high-quality home care services.
