Monday - Thursday 10:00-2:00PM Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay, commensurate with experience $15.50 - $17.00 per hour (or adjust if local market demands) Health benefits available Paid training and orientation Weekly payroll with direct deposit Insurance benefits for full-time employees Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs with direct access to scheduling team for real time support Opportunities for additional hours Employee Referral Program Qualifications Minimum 1 year of senior caregiving experience (agency, facility, or private client) Experience or comfort working with Dementia or Alzheimer's clients is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift at least 25 Lbs as needed Skilled in using Hoyer Lift Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations Tolerance for small pets (e.g., cats or dogs) Ability to communicate via phone or email for schedules, client updates, and emergencies Honest, dependable, respectful of dignity and privacy CNA License is a MUST ! As a Home Health Aide / Caregiver, you will: Provide companionship and meaningful conversation Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding Help with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation Support family members by teaching safe care techniques, especially for dementia care.
