Log all care activities accurately in the electronic health record system prior to morning shift handoff. Facility & Work Environment Lexington Medical Lodge is a 128-bed skilled nursing facility located at 2000 W Audie Murphy Pkwy in Farmersville, TX. The facility layout features central supply stations near resident halls to minimize unnecessary steps during overnight rounds. Qualifications & Hiring Requirements Active Texas CNA Certification in good standing. Must pass a criminal background check (legal requirement for SNFs). Must be able to pass a drug screening.
