Night shifts demand reliable floor communication and steady routine execution. At Lexington Medical Lodge, overnight CNAs focus on direct resident care, routine nocturnal rounds, and prompt responses to call lights. Supply rooms remain fully stocked prior to shift handoff. Team members assist with two-person transfers without delay, ensuring quiet hours stay safe, structured, and manageable.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:
$16/hr
Schedule:
12-hour night shifts (6pm-6am)

Daily Responsibilities Provide direct personal care, hygiene routines, and scheduled repositioning during night hours. Answer resident call lights quickly and assist with nocturnal mobility needs. Monitor resident safety continuously throughout the overnight shift. Report any sudden changes in resident condition directly to the charge nurse. Log all care activities accurately in the electronic health record system prior to morning shift handoff. Facility & Work Environment Lexington Medical Lodge is a 128-bed skilled nursing facility located at 2000 W Audie Murphy Pkwy in Farmersville, TX. The facility layout features central supply stations near resident halls to minimize unnecessary steps during overnight rounds. Qualifications & Hiring Requirements Active Texas CNA Certification in good standing. Must pass a criminal background check (legal requirement for SNFs). Must be able to pass a drug screening.
